Common questions
Can I download Breathe for Five. now?
Not yet. Breathe for Five. is in development for iPhone. This page describes what is planned; download details will appear here once the app is actually released.
Do sessions have to last five minutes?
No. Five minutes is the planned default. Shorter and longer sessions are part of the design.
Will I need to pay for anything?
No. ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. An optional supporter subscription ($0.99/week, $1.99/month or $19.99/year in the US) will remove ads and automatic signup reminders only. Final prices will follow the App Store listing and may vary by region.
Will I need to watch the screen?
Audio cues are planned to support eyes-closed guidance. Audio with the screen locked still needs testing on real devices, so we are not promising it yet.
Will it use Apple Health or Apple Watch?
Optional mindful-minute recording and an Apple Watch companion are possible later additions. They are not needed for the iPhone app, and no heart-rate or breathing measurement is claimed.
